- S: A few moments in the ending sequence that feel a bit far-fetched, but overall quite good relative to most films in the genre.
- C: Other than an obvious incongruity near the end with a body-double, no real mistakes but nothing particularly excellent either.
- E: Very well paced. Good writing and acting help keep you on the edge of your seat. Only one moment where the story drags where a family is driving off.
- N: Conceptually pretty interesting, but doesn't add significantly to the outline of the trailers.
- T: The film received one bonus point for James McAvoy's stellar physicality.
Pleasantly surprised at how good the film was. After seeing the trailer countless times, I went in expecting to know the whole story. Fortunately, there were some good details beyond
the primary "entranced by a killer" narrative outlined in the trailers. Not a lot, but just enough to make it worth seeing.
